We successfully carried out Thermal Spray Aluminium and Sealer coat application on different structures of the project ONGC, KG-DWN-98/2 such as Cellar Deck, Sub-Cellar Deck, MSF Deck, and Jacket.

GMA Garnet mash size 30/60 was used in this project for blasting. After the application of the TSA, Jotun Penguard tie coat 100 applied for the structures as a sealer coat

This project is handled on a fast-track basis. the project was ongoing for 20 months. We have been applying TSA for different structures simultaneously. For the chamber, we assigned a separate team to run the production without any issues. We overcome many difficulties in this COVID pandemic situation but with the vase experience of our management team and hard-working production team, we completed the main scope of this project in November 2021.
